Job Description

You’ll be part of the Supply Chain Planning Transformation team– an international, supportive group where we strive for mastery, grow and win together.

As Planning Excellence Manager, your mission is to support the deployment of the global planning transformation (system & process) to local users, enhance supply chain planning processes, and leverage new planning capabilities introduced with OMP. We’re counting on your smarts and your people skills to make it happen.

You’ll play a key role in implementing our ambitious planning transformation roadmap.

What you’ll own:

  • Team Management: Develop, lead and manage the Demand & Supply planning experts. Providing direction, support, and mentorship and helping them achieve their professional goals and develop their skills
  • Support Deployment: Assist in deploying the global planning transformation in Demand & Supply planning teams, including testing functionality, prepare data & heuristics/solvers, and providing support during dry runs and hypercare.
  • Training and Support: Train new key users in creating accurate supply plans & production schedules data & functionalities of OMP advanced planning system .
  • Continuous Improvement: Optimize OMP supply planning modules by leveraging data & solvers in their daily, weekly and monthly processes to drive planning accuracy, autonomous planning and schedule adherence.
  • Data governance: Coordinate Supply Chan planning data definition alignment across functions (Data committee) and the Data Champion & Steward community to ensure high quality data required for Demand & Supply planning.
  • Collaboration and Leadership: Lead the key user community to drive user adoption, satisfaction, and continuous improvement of supply planning, scheduling, and material planning. Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to optimize data input for supply planning models & planning insights.

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset and a drive for improvement —someone who takes ownership, isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and knows how to bring real value to the table.

You’ve got experience in Supply Chain Planning, you are tech-savvy and thrive in fast-paced environments. You’re a team player who brings people together and while experience matters, we’re more interested in who you are and the energy you bring.

We’re not into long lists of “must-haves,” but here’s what would definitely be a plus:

  • Master or Batchelor degree in Supply Chain, Data science or Operations Research.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in supply planning and scheduling, preferably within OMP (OPR, IO, S&OP)
  • People manager with experience in establishing new teams
  • Strong change management abilities & communication skills
