Execute sourcing and procurement activities for the MBS portfolio in Malaysia, ensuring alignment with regional and global strategies.
Support local stakeholders in meeting business requirements for MBS categories, including Creative, Production, Design, Ad Tech, Market Research, POSM, Premiums & Print, Artwork, BTL, Fleet, HR Services, Consultancy, Professional Services, Facility Management, Travel, and IT.
Maintain supplier relationships, contracts, and compliance with procurement policies.
Contribute to cost savings, process improvements, and risk mitigation at the country level.

Cost Savings Delivered: Achieve annual cost savings targets for assigned MBS categories.
Contract Compliance: 100% of spend under contract and adherence to procurement policies.
Supplier Performance: ≥90% of suppliers meeting agreed service levels (quality, delivery, responsiveness).
Cycle Time: Average sourcing and purchase order cycle times within defined benchmarks.
Stakeholder Satisfaction: Positive feedback from internal stakeholders (measured via surveys or feedback sessions).
Data Accuracy: 100% accuracy in procurement system data entry and documentation.
Issue Resolution: Timely resolution of supply or quality issues (measured by average days to resolve).
